2019 Christmas Mini Sessions ~ St Louis Family Photographer

2019 Christmas Sessions are Available Now!

Sugar & Fig’s tree farm sessions are back!  Come out to the farm and get some wonderful images for your annual Christmas card and family portrait memories!  This is the only date offered, and I will be shooting 9 total mini sessions; only 6 time slots remain available for purchase.  If you know you want one, don’t delay; once they’re gone, that’s it.  Also November will be here before we know it!  I look forward to seeing all of your faces and enjoy creating fun, festive images for my clients!

WHEN:

Sunday, November 10th, 2019

*Your exact time slot will be determined and confirmed after you book.*

Time slots will range from 12:40 to 4:10 pm and will be scheduled in 25 minute increments.

Slot times will be chosen via email by the purchaser in order of purchase.

For example, if you are the first to purchase, you have first dibs on the time start.  If you are the last purchaser, you get the last spot available.

This is the easiest way to assign slots while offering packages at two different price points and using the PayPal “Buy Now” button for you to book.

WHERE:

These will take place at a privately owned tree farm in Wright City, MO 63390.  The exact address and name of farm will be provided upon booking.

SETUP OPTIONS:

There are two setups to choose from:

~ Simple white wood bed setup (picture kids in jammies or the whole family in PJs!)

OR

~ Simplistic tree farm backdrop (no large props)

There will not be a cocoa stand or sofa as shown in the sample pics from last year.

I do plan to bring some smaller Christmas related props we can incorporate if you’d like, such as: a sleigh, cocoa mugs, red & green quilt, possibly a red painted Cozy coupe for babies/toddlers.

DETAILS:

15-20 minutes of shoot time

Choice of tree farm backdrop OR bed

Choice of digital image package

These can be for children only or your family (up to 2 adults & 3 children).  Additional persons are $25 each.

TURNAROUND:

Proofing galleries, where you will view and choose your favorite images, will be available by 11/17.

Fully retouched galleries of chosen images will be available for digital download before or on 12/06.  You will have plenty of time to get Christmas cards mailed out!

INCLEMENT WEATHER/NO REFUNDS:

The reschedule date due to inclement weather will be on Sunday, November 17th.  If for any exceptional reason you cannot make it to your session on either the original date or the backup date, a credit in the amount you paid will be issued to be used toward a future service with Sugar & Fig Photographs in the calendar year 2020.  NO monetary refunds will be issued.
