St Louis Child Photographer ~ One Year Cake Smash Session ~ One is Fun ~ Aubrey Turns ONE

Aubrey was such a sweet doll baby for her one year studio portrait session and cake smash!  I had the pleasure of taking Miss Aubrey’s family’s portraits last fall, so when her Momma contacted me about her daughter’s one year pictures a few months later, I was pretty ecstatic, considering how cute her little one is.  I just love Aubrey’s beaming smile, little giggles, and her numerous other facial expressions.  During our session, we were able to utilize a good variety of setups, backgrounds, and props.  Aubrey’s birthday is right around Valentine’s day, so of course we had to incorporate a heart banner paired with the painted red bucket.  Her Momma brought an adorable, classic white icing rosette cake, along with the little ONE banners.  Aubrey wasn’t interested in actually smashing her cake, but we got many adorable shots of her tasting the icing and checking out the scene!  After the cake smash, we were able to finish up her custom session with a real bubble bath in a vintage tub from 2 Chicks and a Trunk.  Aubrey really loved the bath time!
