That time of year is nearly here; it’s time to get your Christmas photo jam on! Have the most unique photos on this year’s Christmas cards for all your family and friends to admire!
If you want in on these, please don’t delay, as there are ONLY 7 spots. I am able to offer only 7 time slots total on the date I’ve chosen. If, and only if this first date fills up, I will consider (no promises) opening up another date. Due to where the sun hits the shooting location, there is only 3 1/2 total hours of shooting time; therefore I can only accept 7 sessions.
I’m super ecstatic about this year’s set, which is on my private property! The set will be situated down the hill in an open grassy area with the red metal barn more visible in the background. I will be putting trees on the right side of the bed as well. Envision kids jumping on the bed, families snuggling (yes parents, I encourage you to get in the photos), holding cocoa mugs with whipped cream, reading a Christmas book, etc…so many possibilities! These are especially unique and fun; you don’t want to miss it! I have many sizes in holiday PJs for children that are provided (see sizes and styles available below). Or you may bring your own jammies or even wear regular holiday attire. It’s whatever you prefer!

WHEN:
Sunday, November 5th
Keep in mind this is Daylight Savings Time End, so set your clocks BACK one hour on this date.
*Your exact time slot will be determined and sent to you after you book.*
Time slots will range from 1:30 to 4:30 pm and will be scheduled in 3o minute increments.
Slot times will be chosen by the purchaser in order of purchase.
For example, if you are the first to purchase, you have first dibs on the time start. If you are the last purchaser, you get the last spot available.
This is the easiest way to assign slots while offering packages at two different price points and using the PayPal “Buy Now” button for you to book.
WHERE:
These will take place at Sugar & Fig’s residential studio location, located on a private drive at 10 Isaac Drive, Warrenton, MO 63383.
THE DETAILS:
This exclusive limited edition set features a gorgeous cream shabby chic wooden bed with holiday decor surroundings!
20-25 minutes of shoot time
These can be for children only or your entire family (up to 2 adults & 4 children).
Wear festive pajamas or your regular holiday attire: your choice!
*Holiday pajamas are provided for children in various styles and sizes (see bottom of this post!).*
TURNAROUND:
Proofing galleries where you will view and choose your favorite images will be available by 11/12.
Fully retouched galleries of chosen images will be available for download by 11/26.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/NO REFUNDS:
The reschedule date due to rain, (which I’m really hoping isn’t necessary!) will be on Saturday, November 11th. If for any exceptionally important reason you cannot make it to your session on either the original date or the backup date, a credit in the amount you paid will be issued to be used toward a future service with Sugar & Fig Photographs in 2017 or 2018. Credits will be issued for any reasonable emergency or for the following circumstances: If the original date is rained out (I’m hoping this is unlikely) and you cannot make it to the session on the rain backup date of 11/11. OR if any subject to be photographed is ill. OR God forbid there is a death of relative or friend. NO monetary refunds will be issued. Refunds will be in the form of a credit to be used in the future.

Lands End has some cute plaid holiday pajamas this year! Pottery Barn Kids has adorable options as well, including plaid, solid, and gingham for kids!
I have these Lands End PJs provided also in sizes youth 4 and 10 in the red plaid, along with blue plaid in size 4 and green plaid in size 10.
