Meet Ainsley Rose and her big sisters Adelyn and Annabelle! They are quite possibly the most gorgeous red headed trio ever. Considering how good looking their parents are, I didn’t expect anything less! Ainsley was born on August 28th, 2013, weighing in at 8lbs, 12 oz. She was 17 days new at the time of her session.

Ainsley was perfect for us and slept like an angel! Her sisters were sweet as can be and very cooperative for their ages. Isn’t their sibling shot one of the most sweetest ever?! I seriously can’t get over it! It most definitely makes the “most favorite images taken in studio” list. Of course the picture had to be altered with a toddler head swap and another swap of a better set of eyes, but hey – that’s what Photoshop is good for! It would be nearly impossible to get this good of a shot straight out of camera with 3 little people. One of the things about being a photographer that kind of, sort of drives me a tad insane is that I am envious of the images I am able to capture for my clients. I want the same perfect pictures of my family.

The story behind this session is that it was actually a modeling/mentoring session. The incredibly talented Janean of Janean Gray Photography (https://www.facebook.com/KansasCityNewbornPhotographerJaneanGray) out of Kansas City was kind enough to travel to my studio for an entire day and mentor and teach me advanced newborn posing techniques. I learned so much and am extremely grateful for Janean’s generosity, time, and knowledge.
