Meet Baby Ava! Ava Isabelle was born on September 17th, 2013, weighing in at 6 lbs, 6 oz. She was 8 days new at the time of her session.

Isn’t she a beauty?

This precious darling is a miracle baby to her parents. They had tried long and hard to conceive a child together, even with the help of medicine, but had no success. They had thought it wasn’t meant to be and decided to quit trying. Soon after, she was conceived! Good things happen to those who wait, and I am a firm believer in the fact that God answers prayers in His own perfect timing, not in ours. I used to work for Ava’s Daddy in his restaurant, and I am very happy that they chose me to capture their baby girl’s newborn portraits. They own El Azteca Mexican Restaurant located on Highway K in O’Fallon, MO. The food, margaritas, and service are all fantastic! You should go check it out! Now on to this princess’s debut!

Mom kept saying little Ava is their princess, so I thought the gold crown was fitting to use during her session. She wore it like a rock star!
